MCHS Workshop: Caring for Object Collections Workshop

This two-hour webinar will introduce students to the basics of caring for object collections. Stephanie Garafolo will discuss common vulnerabilities of artworks and three-dimensional objects, as well as proper handling and storage conditions. Recommendations for specific material types will be provided, such as environmental standards for metals, ceramics, and textiles. The webinar will also explore preservation approaches that are appropriate for mixed-collections spaces.
