Come out to the opening night reception for the Arts Based Revolutions exhibition by students of the Department of Art Education.
The exhibition, Arts Based Revolutions, features a collaborative installation piece that the cohort created in partnership with middle school mentees over the last semester. The installation, Webs of Understanding, considers the impact that social issues have on our lives, teaching, and learning (& vice versa). The installation explores what it means to teach from an “art for life” perspective.
The show will continue to run through July 31.
