IDEC South Regional Conference 2014
Florida State University Department of Interior Architecture + Design is honored to be hosting the 2014 IDEC South Regional Conference on October 24-25, 2014. Educators from around the South will come together at FSU to share design research, pedagogy and creative work. The conference will include a keynote presentation and student furniture design charrette led by Chris Bruning. There will also be a wide of array of research and creative presentations, pecha kucha creative teaching presentations and a reception at a historic home in Quincy, Florida included in the weekend.
Students can participate in the Friday keynote address at 9:00 a.m. in William Johnston Building room 2004 and listen to a lecture on telling the story of your portfolio to enhance the job search at 4:15 p.m. in room 2009 without registering. The department looks forward to welcoming these educators to the new building!
