Share a Coke with the Dean First Friday of Every Month

On August 30th, 2017, the College of Fine Arts kicked off the Fall semester with “Share a Coke with the Dean”! From 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm, Dean Scott Shamp invited students to the Fine Arts Building for a friendly chat over a soda. This event begins a planned monthly series of Share a Coke events. Although this month’s event was held on a Wednesday, future Share a Coke with the Dean events will be held on the first Fridays of each month.

Welcome to a new year!  Hold on tight because there is going to be a lot going on. A fantastic benefit of being a part of this large and diverse College is that there is rarely a day that goes by without a performance, an exhibition, a lecture, a play, or some other wild experience. In the CFA, you have to work to be bored! I hope you will join me in taking advantage of all our amazing College has to offer.
