Summer 2014 Internship Opportunities

The FSU College of Visual Arts, Theatre and Dance is seeking (2) experienced individuals for internship opportunities to work with the college on various projects beginning in Summer 2014.

PHOTOGRAPHER / BLOG WRITER

This person will assist in the photography needs of the College of Visual Arts, Theatre and Dance. They will also assist in the creation of blog entries as requested by the Media Specialist using both WordPress and EZ Publish Platforms, social media updates (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn). Must own your own photography equipment to be considered for this position. Previous experience with social media and photography is highly preferred. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and EZ Publish a plus.

WEB PROGRAMMER

This person will assist the IT Support staff in the College of Visual Arts, Theatre and Dance website rebrand and reprogramming. Must have knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP. Experience with SH or BASH terminal, SQL, WordPress API a plus.

REQUIREMENTS FOR BOTH POSITIONS:

• Be currently enrolled at an accredited college.
• Be able to receive internship credit within your educational department.
• Spring 2014 Internship – 3 credit hours (15 to 20 hours per week)
