Tabla Beats: A Journey Through Middle Eastern Music

The Middle East Center is hosting a lecture and demonstration on Tuesday, November 12th, at 5 PM in the Globe. The event is titled "Tabla Beats: A Journey Through Middle Eastern Music."

The tabla is a traditional Middle Eastern drum, widely recognized as a primary percussion instrument. Renowned percussionist Matias Hazrum will join us to share insights about the tabla and perform live.
