Daniel Leonardos
Assistant Professor
Department of Interior Architecture & Design
Daniel Leonardos is a holistic designer who strives to push the boundaries of brand interactions. His experience in design has been diverse from the start. He pursued a double major in Graphic and Industrial Design, held professional positions in both fields, and took on leadership roles in both private and public sectors in Brazil and the United States. He directed his focus to branding as a way to stay involved in all aspects of a project, tackling the bigger picture of a client’s challenge. Having worked with clients of all shapes and sizes, from local restaurants to city zoos and international airports, he seeks to create memorable experiences for audiences at every touch point.
His research focuses on ways to convey the value of design to exceed the expectations of both clients and users. During his MFA in Graphic Design, Daniel also received a Minor in Entrepreneurship to get a business perspective on persuasion skills. His goals are to develop more projects involving design entrepreneurship and the gamification of services.
