Areas of Responsibility
Oversees College–wide processes related to Human Resources and Faculty Development and Advancement including Promotion and Tenure activities, Specialized Faculty promotions, and adjunct evaluations. Serves as the Time and Labor representative for the Office of the Dean. Tracks and maintains faculty and staff rate allocation reports, faculty position status reports, and other rate reversion issues. This position is responsible for providing administrative and financial management support for the UBA client site leaders located in the Interior Architecture and Design, Art Education, and Art History departments.
