CFA Hosts Spring Semester Welcome Back Celebration for Students: Ready…Set…Go!

Published March 3, 2020

On January 22, 2019, The College of Fine Arts held a Spring semester welcome back event for our students, Ready…Set…Go! The event kicked off the semester for all CFA students to welcome them back to campus after Winter Break.

When students first entered, they were able to grab a free CFA T-shirt, available to all those who haven’t received a shirt prior, to represent their college. To start off the semester stress free, massages were offered to students along with CFA promotional material, pizza, subs, drinks and chips. CFA students also played corn hole with their friends, took photos with fun props, and had a chance to speak with their Career Center liaison, Tory Dellafiora, about anything regarding career preparation.

While students chatted in the Lobby of Montgomery Hall and enjoyed food and music, they also had the opportunity to talk with Dean Frazier and Senior Associate Dean Shamp to discuss their goals for the semester and their accomplishments from Fall.

A special thank you to Saleshia Ellis, the Events and Outreach Coordinator for CFA, for putting on another successful and fun welcome back event!
