Spring Dean’s Society Breakfast

Published February 23, 2018

Members of the College of Fine Arts Dean’s Society gathered on Friday, February 16th for the Spring 2018 Dean’s Society Breakfast, featuring a behind-the-scenes tour of the School of Theatre’s newest musical comedy, The Addams Family.

The morning began with breakfast in the Fine Arts Building lobby, then moved into the Richard G. Fallon Theatre for a tour of the set and discussion of The Addams Family lead by the production’s Director and BFA Music Theatre grad, Jessica Lea Patty. The Dean’s Society Breakfast was held prior to opening night, giving members a chance to preview the set, talk to the director, and learn about the production before the show opened.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the breakfast. We always appreciate the opportunity to engage and connect with our Dean’s Society members.

About the Dean’s Society

Launched in the fall of 2017, The College of Fine Arts Dean’s Society is a way to recognize and thank our College’s most generous and dedicated donors. The Dean’s Society is a group of alumni and friends who support the College of Fine Arts. The Society cultivates a community that recognizes and promotes excellence in the visual and performing arts at Florida State University.

Gifts to the College of Fine Arts – including our programs in Art & Design, Dance, Theatre, and the Museum of Fine Arts – enable us to offer student scholarships, award faculty research grants, recognize exceptional teaching, and support activities across the College.
