Department of Art Education Attended the Southeastern Arts Leadership Educators Conference

Department of Art Education Arts Administration faculty, doctoral students, and alumni attended the Inaugural Southeastern Arts Leadership Educators (SALE) Conference, which took place at the Aloft Hotel in Atlanta, GA, from April 6th to the 8th.

The 2018 SALE Conference was entailed for educators and graduate students intending to become educators in arts leadership. It focused on sharing experiences, challenges, and opportunities, as well as setting a mission, objectives, and a strategy for SALE.

Department presenters included Art Administration faculty Dr. Pat Villeneuve and Dr. Antonio Cuyler; doctoral students Jay Boda (from the Museum Education and Visitor-Centered Exhibitions Program), Elise Kieffer, Boyie Kim, and Juyeon Song; and aluma LaToya Davis-Craig (from the FSU College of Fine Arts School Dance).
